Francis Foster is currently residing in New York City studying dance at the Joffrey Ballet School. Francis began her training at  Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, WI. Later and Ballet Co. Labrotory in St. Paul, MN. She is also a violinist, aspiring choreographer and artist working towards my BFA degree.
